Loved the big private pool, felt like a celebrity. The service was great, they even smiled when I asked for directions. Bali, the land of exotic atmosphere and bronzed bodies, did not disappoint.
I just adored the highly chlorinated pool water and the lack of gluten-free options. So refreshing!

We loved the accommodation although our unit was a long way to walk to the dining room. However, it was good exercise!
We attended the 'Ethnic Night' and were extremely disappointed with the meal which was dry, cold and pretty awful. We also thought it was extremely expensive, given that we had eaten in two very good restaurants for half of what we paid for that night.

Direct access (jump) to pool from Lagoon Villa. Very friendly staff. Beautiful complex.
Room a tad too small/dark. At nights complex a bit too dark. Don't be afraid at your first arrival to the hotel (bad street condition).

The rooms were very spacious, large and very Balineese, and probasbly one of the biggest bathroom/baths I've ever had
Whilst the villas lived up to our expectations with our own pool, it was a little bit tired and the photos are maybe 20 years old, so therefore you are not getting that "NEW' fresh experience of Bali. Hence the rate for the rating.

The villa we stayed at was very private, with its own pool, which we loved. The design and lay out of the villa was great too. It was very quiet and still close to the main street where all the shops and restaurants are located. We would recommend it to anyone.
Liked everything, the only thing i would do next time is bring my own hair dryer.

The villa is spacious and comfortable, with a living area, dining table, and en-suite bathrooms. As a solo traveler, I felt like I had plenty of space to relax and unwind. The private pool is a highlight, perfect for a refreshing dip or lounging by the water. It adds a touch of luxury to the villa experience. The bedroom with the canopy bed is a unique feature that adds a romantic and cozy atmosphere. I loved waking up to the view of the lagoon pool.
Personally, I found the semi-open living area integrated with the kitchenette a bit inconvenient. But I understand that some guests might appreciate the open layout and interaction with the surrounding nature.

We stayed in a royal villa and it was brilliant. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the view from the breakfast room. The villas were very quiet and yet so close to restaurants and shops. Would definately stay again.
The mosquitos!

The private pool with massive balinese gardens...all to yourself!
A communal TV in the 2 bedroom royal villa would have been good.

The property was stunning, with a beautiful pool and spacious jacuzzi villa. We loved the peaceful atmosphere and the fact that we had the pool mostly to ourselves. the location was perfect, close to numerous shops, restaurants, and bars. the breakfast selection was fantastic, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We also had an amazing floating lunch experience. the customer service was superb, and we highly recommend the spa as well. Cons: Don't have any issues at all. 👍.

Privacy
- Pick up/ shuttle from Bintang Supermarket sometimes difficult. 2 times not picked up! - Transfer to Airport is for 25 USD quite expensive! - Some of the hotel staff at the reception are not friendly enough.

Clean, privacy, nice pool, friendly staff, good breakfast, shuttle bus to main street, prompt service if there was a problem, staff spoke good English
Rooms a bit small, poor lighting in bathroom, no cupboard space, limited hanging space, rooster next door woke us up every morning

villa seminyak estate & spa exceeded our expectations once again during our recent stay in seminyak. the staff were friendly and attentive, with a buggy service that made getting around a breeze. the breakfast was fantastic, catering to our dietary needs. the lagoon pool was a highlight, and the location was convenient for shopping. overall, a home away from home experience that we will definitely repeat.
Jacuzzi didn't work.

Our private pool and that it had security 24/7 on the premises.
We requested a two bedroom but it was not a traditional two bedroom as it was two bedrooms separated by an open outdoor kitchenette and this was not suitable for leaving our three year old alone at night. My husband and I slept apart as one with our three year old and the other with our infant. The restaurant was upstairs and opened planned without airconditioning so it was extremely hot and the food was very average for a four star resort.

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Seminyak, the location was great because it was close to many restaurants, shops and supermarkets. The staff were friendly and our room were clean. My only complaint was the aircondition. The room were big but the aircon were not stong enough so at nite it can get a bit hot. I hope they will improve on this because its worth going back again.

Our stay at Villa Seminyak was an excellent value for the money. The room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. The location was convenient, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. The staff were friendly and provided exceptional service.
The breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider variety of options.
